To comply with the contractual requirements of our clients, the personal information that you provide to us (including sensitive personal information) will be provided to the client. If you fail to provide requested details/documents this could result in your candidacy being removed. The information you provide may also be sent to affiliate companies of Direct Personnel International Ltd. and the third parties specified in point 2 of the previous paragraph for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of the contract.
How do I find out what information you hold? Can I amend, modify or require my information to be deleted? Can I unsubscribe to your services?
You may request of us that we confirm what information we hold about you at any time and may request us to modify, update, transfer or delete such information. We may ask you to verify your identity and for more information about your request. We also have the right to charge an administrative fee for this service. You have the right to lodge a complaint to with a supervisory authority if you believe that your personal (including sensitive information) has not been processed as stated in this document.

How long will you hold my information for?
We are required by law to hold your information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual obligations.
